Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised or non-personalised items for change of mind or incorrect sizes purchased.
We can however provide a store credit if we have not yet started your order, or if you would like to return your non-personalised items.
In the unlikely event your order is received faulty, damaged or is missing any items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you receive your order, please check it thoroughly as once the 14 days has past, we are unable to provide any replacement.
