Black Friday Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN ORDERING (Black Friday 2024)
By placing an order, you agree and understand the following:
- Due to the extreme volume of orders we received during our Black Friday sale last year, we are anticipating a turnaround time of up to 4 weeks before dispatch. This is because we make every item to order and we want you to still be receiving products that are to our high quality standards. We have intentionally launched our Black Friday sale weeks in advance of the actual BFCM event, so that we can guarantee your parcels will be sent prior to the Australia Post Christmas cut off this year.
- We do not offer refunds for orders placed during the Black Friday sale period. This includes personalised, non-personalised items and gift cards.
- In the unlikely event your item is received faulty, damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the 14 days has past, we are unable to provide any replacement.
- Due to the extreme volume of orders placed during the sale period, we are unable to make changes to your order, once it has been placed. We understand it's an exciting time and you will be waiting eagerly for your order, so if you wish to add more items, please place an additional order and add 'Combine My Orders' to your cart and we'll know to ship them together. We will happily refund your second shipping providing your first order has not yet been sent.
- Black Friday Free Gift Eligibility: Spend $200 or more in one transaction
- No discount stacking during Black Friday sale period
- Jump the queue is not available for the months of November and December
- Please read the full product description of each item you are purchasing and if you require further information, you will contact us via prior to placing your order.
- Please ensure you review your order in its entirely and agree all details are correct (including spelling, grammar, font and sizing) and understand this cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
- You agree to our current processing times and understand postage is not included within the advertised turn around.
- You understand all orders are processed in order of receipt and by choosing express post, this does not put you at the front of the processing queue
- If you select font 2 and choose two capital letters, we will remove the heart/swirl from the second capital for ease of reading. If you would like us to keep the second swirl, please add a note in the comments.
